I am a self-taught artist and I own a Snowshoe cat named Miso.I'm new with commissions, any suggestions are welcome!

PAYMENTS

  • REFUND is a no no (unless I'm unable to finish the comms)

  • payment : Paypal

  • the client can either choose to pay in full up-front or 50% and the other 50% once the sketches have been confirmed

  • the commercial fees is NOT included

USE

  • Always credit if you use it or post it

  • You MAY NOT use your commission for any commercial purposes. Unless discussed beforehand with me and paid with commercial rights + fees.

  • the client nor anyone else is NOT allowed to claim my work as their own, trace, copy nor edit it

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I have the right to refuse a commission

  • I have the rights to my works. this includes posting the commission on social media, using it for my portfolio, selling prints/making merchandise and editorial projects

COMMUNICATION

  • Inform me first if you have a specified deadline (extra fees may be applied)

  • Commission may take up to 1 week to 2 months unless things get in the way (the client may request updates during the process)

  • PLEASE provide LOTS of clear references (I will ask a lot ong)

  • ex; pose, lighting, background

  • (optional) please inform which art style you’d prefer (since art style changes frequently)
